Experience and Expertise
My name is Tasheena Greaves, and I have been licensed with the North Dakota Real Estate Commission since 2007. I proudly serve Williams, Divide, and Burke Counties, with a special focus on Divide County, where I’ve been selling properties since 2012. At just 20 years old, I became the youngest person in North Dakota to obtain a real estate license. I started my career with Fredricksen Real Estate and, in 2007, earned my Real Estate Associate Broker’s license. I later served as the Managing Broker at Striefel Realty for 7 ½ years.

With over 17 years of experience, I am an expert in all facets of real estate, including Real Estate Law, Contract Law, Property Management, and Agency Relations. I am also certified as a New Construction Consultant, allowing me to provide specialized advice on new builds. I am proud to be one of the voting Brokers of the Williston Board of Realtors and an active member of the North Dakota Real Estate Commission and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Leadership and Contributions
Over the years, I have held key leadership roles, such as Vice President of the Williston Board of Realtors and membership on committees like Government Affairs, Public Relations, and Membership. I regularly attend general membership meetings and have joined the Statewide Multiple Listing Service, staying well-connected with brokers throughout North Dakota.
Business Ownership and Property Management
For the past 6 years, I have been the sole owner of Williston Basin Realty. My vision and passion for property management led me to establish TG Property Management 14 years ago, making me the first real estate agent in Williston to launch my own property management company. At one point, I managed over 150 rental homes and handled 40-50 listings, closing 5-8 deals per month.
Market Expertise
With extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, I have successfully assisted in over 800 real estate transactions and managed over 350 rental properties, all within the Williston and surrounding areas. I am a designated REALTOR member of the Great North MLS and have been consistently ranked among the top 5 selling Realtors in Williston for more than 9 years.

Throughout my career, I have tackled complex issues such as water damage assessments and resolutions, always finding solutions where others may give up. My strong-willed nature, ethical standards, and out-of-the-box thinking drive my commitment to getting things done the right way, with integrity and transparency.
Community Involvement and Renovation Projects
In addition to my real estate ventures, I recently became a licensed contractor in North Dakota, specializing in the rehabilitation of abandoned apartment complexes. My current projects include the renovation of multiple apartment units in Crosby, ND, which are being filmed for documentation. I also volunteer my time and provide pro-bono real estate services to those in need of quick sales or professional advice.
